This is an awesome open mic. Everyone is friendly to each other and they will let anyone up on stage. I am originally from MA but I now live out in Los Angeles, and I have been best friends with the host for almost 20 years. I'm not being biased but when I came home for a visit he got me on stage in front of a full room and the crowd was excellent. Good comedians roll through there and it's an excellent venue to avoid the hustle and bustle of going into town. Great spot to work material. If you go in make sure you introduce yourself to Matt, he is one of the most genuine people you will ever meet.
