Free mic, so that's nice. Janice may make comments during your set, which may piss you off, but she comes from a good place.
One thing that's annoying, though: while each set is supposed to be 5 mins, Janice will give people in the very beginning like 10 mins and then at the very end give people less than five without letting them know (like 3-4 mins). Then she'll get mad at you when you're confused about how you ran the light. I recommend keeping a timer for yourself if you go at the end and be ready to get off earlier than expected.
Get there moderately early (like 4:15/4:30) and you should be fine.
