This mic had really high quality people and was definitely a treat to participate in! I was traveling for work and decided to check it out.
Be warned -- the way sign up works is a little stressful. You have to be in person from 6-7pm and they do not guarantee stage time. They post the list at 7:30, which is also when doors open. This makes it hard to tell people to come see you, and you might sink in a good 90 minutes of your life and then be told you're not on.
They do try to get new folks on, though, and I made it! If you're new, you get 3 minutes -- people they know get 5, 10 or even 15.
The venue is great and the audience was large (150 peopleish?) and very friendly.
It's awesome that a comedy club hosts a free open mic once weekly. I would definitely recommend it.
